What was the best about the coaching?
– The different way of thinking. The well prepared and tailored coaching. Gaining an insight of how they think on the other side of the table.

What was the best about the coaching?
The best thing was that I had a lot of information which I could not have found myself.
I feel I have read everything I could find on the internet, but the coaching gave me answers to questions I never knew I had. Even though only a 1.5 h coaching session was planned we ended up talking for 2.5 h and we did not finish until all my questions was answered.

After 35 years in the same industry, I was in a black hole. The light at the end of the tunnel had gone out, and the frustration of having lost my foundation filled everything. This is where I was recommended to seek out Ask A Pilot, even though I am not a pilot myself. The team at Ask A Pilot helped me with the most boundary-breaking and liberating choice: To burn the bridges behind me and dare to look towards a completely new horizon. My coach from Ask A Pilot challenged not only my strategy, but also my attitude. When my coach conducted a ‘mock’ job interview with me, my first performance was anything but convincing – but it was exactly the mirror I needed. The team at Ask A Pilot taught me to turn the spotlight on my own strengths. My coach gave me the tools that allowed me to go from passive discouragement to proactive preparation. When the real interview came a few days later, I showed up not as a ‘frustrated man’, but as a man with a plan. The result? I landed the job. My coach from Ask A Pilot was not just an advisor; he is a catalyst for change. If you feel stuck, the team at Ask A Pilot can help you find the spark to burn the old bridges and build the new ones. Warmest recommendations from here

As a fellow pilot who has just become a commercial pilot, I can confidently say that Ask A Pilot’s service is what you’re looking for. Before I met the team at Ask A Pilot, I wasn’t sure where to start with my preparation. Within the first few minutes of our session, all my confusion disappeared.
The team at Ask A Pilot are incredibly knowledgeable, engaged, and genuinely passionate about helping others. They provided exactly the guidance and support you need, and when they say they do this out of passion, they truly mean it. The amount of follow-up, emails, and continued support has been outstanding.
I absolutely recommend Ask A Pilot and will definitely book another session just before my interview to polish my skills.
Newly graduated pilot from EU –
I used Ask A Pilot for preparation for a really important job interview with a career airline. It was a cadet opportunity, and I was new to the industry. I thought it was super to work with Ask A Pilot. The consultant I received coaching from had a lot of good tips and tricks. He was very good at pointing out things about my non-verbal and verbal communication that could be improved. At the time of the interview, I felt I could perform well, as I had a lot of self-confidence and knowledge about what to expect. I am not sure I would have got the job if I had not done the coaching, though I felt it was money (4 hrs in total) very well spent, and I would recommend Ask A Pilot for interview training. I took contact to Ask A Pilot about 2 weeks before the interview, and they were very good at offering me some choice for when I wanted the two 2 hours sessions. After the interview Ask A Pilot was chasing up how I had found the real interview, and if there was anything they could have done better to prepare me. This makes me think they actually care and strive to be good at what they are doing. I think most people are very likely to buy simulator training, but in my view you should equally spend money on interview training, as interviews are an important part of the process. All in all – excellent – would fully recommend.
