Ask a Pilot Aps reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. This could be for example by placing an item on sale or by giving a new price when updating a product – the list of examples is not complete.
Depending on your payment option, there may be a transaction fee, or a fee associated with paying in Euro. These fees are not covered by Ask A Pilot Aps in the prices for our products. Should you be entitled to a refund we will not be refunding any of such fees. Refund is always paid under current exchange rate.
When you place an order, you will receive an online confirmation.
If you don’t receive the confirmation within 24 hours, you should contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive an email once your item is ready for download. This information is send via email and may be blocked by your spam filter. Please check your spam filter before contacting us.
When you shop at Ask a Pilot Aps, information about products and purchase via www.askapilot.net is in English and if you go via www.spoerg-piloten.dk it is in Danish.
Should you delete or lose your order confirmation, you can write to us at email@example.com and we will try to help you. Due to the volume of orders we may receive, specific information about when you made your purchase may help us to locate your order.

The amount for your order will be charged to your selected choice of payment before a downloadable product is made available.
For courses/ workshops/ coaching, we will, unless otherwise agreed, charge you when you make the booking.
Our webshop allows you to pay securely via SSL with your credit or debit card via QuickPay/ PensoPay. You accept by clicking a box that you have both read and agreed to the website terms and conditions.
Downloadable products in our web shop can be expected to be available for downloading shortly after your payment option has been accepted and charged.
Delivery of a downloadable product will depend on your internet connection and the ability of our server to comply with demand.
Should your download fail due to technical reasons such as internet connection instability, hacking of our website, server maintenance – the list of examples is not complete – write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be aware that delivery via your download link is limited to a number of devices. This is to protect us from unauthorised sharing of our products and to ensure that you can use the product on a reasonable number of your own devices. As standard this is set to be 3.
Our download-able products is “digital content”, as defined by the Consumer Rights Act: “data which are produced and supplied in digital form”. This means you have rights in relation to products that you download from our web shop as follow:
Digital content must be:
Of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose and as described by the seller.
This also means that the digital content is not satisfactory if it develops a fault and you are unable to use it on your device(s).
If your digital content does not meet these criteria you have the right to have your digital product repaired or replaced.
It is your right to choose whether you want the digital content to be repaired or replaced, but we can refuse it if your choice is disproportionately expensive compared with the alternative.
Digital downloads have their own unique category and are therefore not services or goods.
If you want to download it within 14 days of buying it, you will give us your consent to waive the 14- day cooling-off period.
If you don’t give us your consent you must notify us by writing to email@example.com. The 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you won’t be able to legally download your digital content until this period has ended.
This is to protect our company and our downloadable products from misuse.
If you’ve made a genuine mistake with a downloadable purchase contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org. It remains our sole right to decide on any actions and there is no guarantee for you to get a refund.
Cancellations of Courses/workshops/coaching
Courses/ workshops for other reasons than sickness and/ or force majeure. Due to the nature of these events we may use 3’rd party providers for things like catering, meeting rooms and external consultants – the list of examples is not complete. If you cancel 14 days or more before your course/ workshop we will make you a refund of the amount you have paid, minus an admin fee of 50 EUR and any fees related to refunding the amount back to you. If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before your course/ workshop you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount you have paid, minus and admin fee of 50 EUR and any fees related to refunding the amount back to you. For any cancellation less the 7 days before the course/ workshop no refund will be given.
Coaching for other reasons than sickness and/ or force majeure:
Due to the nature of these events we may use 3’rd party providers for things like catering, meeting rooms and external consultants – the list of examples is not complete. The initial contact to an external consultant will always be made by Ask A Pilot Aps and all invoices and payments must always be regulated and handled by Ask A Pilot Aps. You can cancel any coaching appointment within 48 hrs by writing to both email@example.com and the consultant you had coaching booked with. Any requests for cancellations inside 48 hrs will always be at the discretion of Ask A Pilot Aps and we reserve the right to invoice you the full amount for your planned coaching.
For a cancellation due to sickness and/ or force majeure:
To accept a cancellation due to sickness, we will require a written letter from your doctor, confirming your sickness and you’re in-ability to participate.
To accept a cancellation due to force majeure, we will require evidence of the situation and we reserve the right to review this evidence and disagree with you.
Cancellation of courses/workshops/ coaching
Ask a Pilot Aps reserves the right to cancel courses, workshops and coaching, if the number of participants does not comply with our minimum requirements stated clearly when booking, or if the instructor(s) are unable to attend due to unforeseen sick leave, deaths in the family and any other reason that cannot be anticipated by Ask a Pilot in due time. In such a case, you will receive a full refund or offered a new date for the course, workshop or coaching.
Technical disruptions with online courses/ workshops/ coaching:
We rely on 3rd party services to deliver online courses/ workshops/ coaching and from time to time we may suffer technical disruption making it impractical to continue. Should such technical disruptions arise we will offer a possibility to re-schedule or offer to run past the agreed end time.

Ask a Pilot does not sell or pass on any personal information given to us. Your information will be registered in our customer database. You can at any time request to have your information deleted from our database by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To make a purchase or asking a question with Ask a Pilot Aps, we ask one or multiple of the following personal details: name, address, phone number, country and email.
We register your personal information to be able to contact you in regard to payment, download issues, coaching, courses/workshops and questions. We may also contact you in regard to feedback. The information is stored in our database for 3 years after which it will be deleted.
When we collect personal information on our website Ask a Pilot Aps, only Ask a Pilot Aps and its webmaster, have access to your personal information.
We do not keep customers personal information stored in an encrypted form nor do we transmit personal information in encrypted form.
As a customer registered with Ask a Pilot Aps, you always have the right to deny any registration or the right not to be contacted by us. You also have the right to ask for details about your personal information registered in our database. Your rights are secured through EU GDPR and you can contact us directly via email at Contact@askapilot.net.

Our downloadable products and/ or our website may include links or reference to other websites. We will not be held responsible for contents on any such websites or for the procedures such websites have for collecting and storing any personal data. We use google analytics to get statistics and info about our visitors. The information is used to optimise our website and gather information about for example which posts are read the most and what topics are most searched for. Using google analytics we can also see what devices and browsers visitors are using and we use this information for example when we design posts or for example create booklets.
