Making your anxiety for flying disappear fully, is rarely a quick fix as it usually requires extensive work together with a psychologist. That journey can be both costly and time consuming but it is often also the most effective, if you truly would like to enjoy flying without fear.

What is possible within a short time frame, with relatively little effort, is to get tools to make your anxiety manageable. This means that you will be able to control you anxiety and take control, being able to for instance go on a holiday, travel to see friends/ family or travel in connection with work. To get to a comfortable stage, it is important that you invest a little bit of time in reading our material and develop some healthy routines along with our course or single sessions.

At Ask a Pilot we offer courses to help teach you how to manage your anxiety.

f you think you will benefit from having a bit more guidance and coaching, then we recommend attending our 2 hour course. These courses are held regularly at various places in Denmark. If it is possible to gather minimum 10, then we may be able to travel to your location. A pilot and a mental trainer will conduct the course. You will begin to learn how to handle and work with your flight anxiety straight away. On this course you will also receive our booklet and audio files. Write us an email to ask for available dates!

Price: 135 € per person

If attending a course doesn’t work for you, then you can book individual sessions with a pilot and or mental trainer. This is the luxury option but obviously you pay a premium for the privacy and flexibility.

Prices for single sessions are

1 session with pilot (approx. 1.5-2 hours) – 250 €.

1 session with Mental Trainer (60-75 min) – 135 €.
